Free Lecture - What You Do in Bed Affects Your heart!!

Thank you to all that attended the free lecture by Dr. Peter Lin on November 18, 2008. The lecture featured a candid look at the relationship between heart disease and sleep disturbances, snoring, plaque build up in the arteries, fibromyalgia, depression & sleep apnea.

Dr. Lin is the past Medical Director of the University of Toronto Health & Wellness Centre, Director of Primary Care Initiatives for the Canadian Heart Research Center and he serves as the National Health Columnist for CBC Radio. He can be heard locally on the Andy Barrie “Metro Morning” CBC Radio Show and on other syndicated programs.
