2015 Walk of Life Appreciations to
Cardiac Health Foundation of Canada
You can understand that I will not be taking part in your event in Ontario. However, you may be interested to know that I competed in our local 10 km run ( in BC) against over 10,000 others and came 2nd in the age class of 80-84 in a time of 68min 55sec.
I was with you in Cardiac Rehab in 1993 – 94 and probably owe my health in part to you and your wonderful work. I contributed to your foundation through Canada Helps last month. (Michael Randerson)
Just wanted to say thanks again so much for having us at this years Walk Of Life. We we're happy to help out the cause and despite the heat we really enjoyed ourselves.

Barb, Christina, Erna, thank you for allowing me to be part of such a spectacular day.
2015's event was wonderful; congratulations you made Saturdays' activity look effortless. The run, walk, warm-up, bouncy castle, food truck had everyone hopping and happy.
A special thanks for the afternoon RAIN, hours after the outdoor events were completed - this was a beautiful touch ... nicely done ladies.
My nephew Justin and neighbour Anna enjoyed their first ever volunteering experience .... repeat volunteers and eager to help next year.
Great to see familiar faces at registration, look forward to next year's event or kindly call me if there are any launches throughout the year.
Barb, I hope you’re relaxing with a glass of wine and are nowhere near your email right now, but congratulations on such a wonderful event yesterday!

Congrats on knocking it out of the park with fundraising and a most pleasant and successful 2015 walk – BMO Heart Team had a great timing helping with the cause. Mike
I fully agree Laura, a hearty thanks to Barb who with her team exceeded their targets and put on a fantastic event for all and for Cardiac Health. The “BMO Heart” team once again had a great time supporting a valued client Tridel and a great cause Cardiac Health. To all who performed, and I did see all performances, a great job well done, a lot of talent and true kindness up on stage. Looking forward to next year. Best, Mike
