Patient and Caregiver Input Needed

The Cardiac Health Foundation of Canada (Cardiac Health Fdn.) needs input from patients living with atherosclerosis (hardening and narrowing of the arteries), and/or their caregivers.

Cardiac Health Fdn. will be collecting insights and perspectives to complete a patient input submission for the Canadian Agency for Drugs and Technologies in Health, CADTH. Providing patient input to CADTH ensures issues that are important to patients and caregivers are considered when recommendations to cover drugs are made to federal, provincial and territorial drug plans.

Patient and caregiver input will be included in a submission for Repatha (evolocumab), due on March 13, 2017. This medication is going through a review by CADTH, and patient groups like Cardiac Health Fdn. are invited to send input so that patients and caregivers like you can be heard. If you are interested, please complete the short survey through this link
We ask that you complete the survey by March 8, 2017.
